Thank you for visiting and shopping at Inner Beauty MD! We are dedicated to delivering our handcrafted herbal blends and remedies to you safely and efficiently.

Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Handcrafted in Small Batches: Because our tinctures and herbal products are freshly made in small batches, please allow [1–3 business days] for your order to be processed, packed, and prepped for shipment.
  • Business Days: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • Peak Seasons: During periods of high order volume or sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carriers (USPS/UPS) and are not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of being generated.

4. Shipping Address & Package Delivery

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Inner Beauty MD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the buyer.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier (e.g., USPS), Inner Beauty MD is not responsible for stolen or missing packages. If your tracking indicates delivery but you haven’t received it, please check with household members/neighbors and contact your local carrier.

5. Damaged Items

If your glass tincture bottle or product arrives damaged or broken during transit:

  1. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
  2. Take clear photos of the damaged item and the box it arrived in.
  3. Contact us at sietiaagliev@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or solution.

6. International Shipping

  • Please contact Customer Service for international orders. Currently, Inner Beauty MD ships only within the United States.
